"The move to Brno represents a very exciting opportunity to work in an ambitious institution that is ideally suited for the project. Not only will I be able to engage more closely with scholars concerned with central European art, in addition, the city of Brno itself is a significant part of our project. With its rich heritage of modernist art and architecture, it is prominent in our research and is also geographically located right in the centre of our interests, which reach from Prague in the west to Szeged, Vienna, Budapest and Košice in the east. My team and I have already been given an excellent welcome by the university and we look forward to being an integral part of its life.”
